Join us on Sunday August 9, 2026 at the Nathan Denison House, 35 Dennison Street, Forty Fort, for tours of the House from 1pm- 4pm, and thanks to a generous sponsorship from our friends at ESSA Bank, it is 100% FREE to all and open to the public!
If you have always wondered what life was like in 1790, or just never got around to touring the house, no excuses, now’s your chance!
So join us for a FREE open house and take a guided tour of the 1790 historic home, led by docents in period clothing and learn about the life and times of Col. Nathan Denison, Revolutionary War soldier and early Luzerne County Judge. Also on display will be several letters and other ephemera from the Colonel.
